3jla Terms and Conditions

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 3jla ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). The Platform operates the website at https://3jla.vu and the associated mobile application available for Android and iOS devices.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered through the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from the Philippines or another jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through an on-platform notice.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on 3jla, you must satisfy the following requirements at all times:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This requirement is strictly enforced.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines, or in another territory where accessing this Platform is not restricted by law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact number.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion, account suspension, or legal restriction that would prohibit you from gaming.
• You must not be a current employee , contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 3jla or any related entity.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. If you already hold an account on the Platform, you must not open an additional one. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any balances on duplicate accounts may be voided.

We conduct identity verification as part of the registration process and at various points during your use of the Platform. You agree to provide any documents or information we reasonably request to complete this verification.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued during login or account actions. Specifically:

• Do not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any third party to access or operate your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised individual.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable any additional security features available on the Platform, including OTP and biometric verification on supported devices.

3jla will not be held liable for losses, damages, or account actions that result from you sharing your credentials, failing to log out on a shared device, or any other action or omission on your part that compromises your account security.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 3jla are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfer, GCash, and Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for gaming deposits or withdrawals.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. You must complete the KYC process before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.
• Processing times vary by method. GCash and Maya transactions are generally faster; Philippine bank transfers may take additional business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

When using any game or betting service on the Platform, you agree to the following:

• You will play within the rules of each individual game as displayed on the Platform.
• You will not use any automated tools, scripts, bots, or other software that gives you an unfair advantage.
• You will not attempt to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or system malfunctions. Any winnings accrued through such exploitation may be voided.
• You will not collude with other players, share accounts, or otherwise act in a way that undermines the integrity of the games.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or voided in circumstances beyond our control, including data feed errors, significant events during a live match, or technical failures.
• 3jla reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was placed based on information obtained through methods not available to the general public.

The Platform uses certified random number generation for applicable games. Results are final once a game round is completed, except in cases of a clearly documented technical error.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 3jla may offer bonuses, promotions, or other incentives to registered players. The following general rules apply to any such offers:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published at the time the promotion is active on the Platform.
• Bonuses are issued to individual accounts only and may not be transferred or shared.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be used before real-money funds when wagering, unless the Platform's cashier indicates otherwise.
• 3jla reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn before you have met the applicable conditions, any bonus funds may be removed from your account.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

We do not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time, and we do not commit to maintaining any particular bonus structure on an ongoing basis.

Responsible Gaming

3jla is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Online gaming should be treated as entertainment, and never as a means to generate income. The following responsible gaming rules are part of these Terms:

• Players must be 21 years old or above. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts permanently closed.
• You may set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits from within your account settings. We encourage all players to use these tools.
• Self-exclusion is available to any player who feels they need to take a break. A self-exclusion request will be honoured promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

Account Suspension and Termination

3jla reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms;
• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested;
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct;
• Creating multiple accounts;
• Conduct that disrupts the Platform, other players, or our support staff;
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement instruction directing us to do so.

In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. In cases of technical closure unrelated to misconduct, balances will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in place at the time.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard processing procedures.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 3jla Platform — including the website design, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to 3jla. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Platform software.
• Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

Privacy and Data

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in that policy.

We will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 3jla is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on your end, including failed bets due to disconnection during live events.
• Our liability to you in any given circumstance shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the thirty days preceding the relevant event.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, post a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of 3jla after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the Platform and may request account closure through our support team.
